How pricing works
Aged-care cleaning is priced the same as our general residential cleaning, from $135 for a studio or one-bedroom home and $195 for a three-bedroom home. Quotes are fixed, written and GST-inclusive, so there is no uncertainty about what a visit will cost.
Working with care coordinators
We can coordinate scheduling and invoicing with care coordinators and Home Care Package providers where that is how the service is being arranged. Funding eligibility and any provider approval need to be confirmed before service begins.
Screening and consistency
Team members assigned to vulnerable-person services hold current WWVP registrations, and all team members hold a current National Police Check. Where possible we assign the same cleaner to every visit so the client sees a familiar face.
