How does the photo-based quote work?

You submit photos of the spaces you want cleaned via our quote form. We review them and send you a fixed-price written quote, usually within a few hours and always within 1 business day. The price we quote is the price you pay. No inspections needed.

Are your prices fixed or do they change on the day?

All quotes are fixed-scope and written. Once you accept a quote, the price does not change unless you add extra rooms or services on the day. Any additions are quoted separately before we start.

What do your packages start from?

General home cleaning packages start from $135. End-of-lease cleans from $290, deep cleans from $260. Construction cleans and specialty services are quoted individually. All pricing is transparent and confirmed in writing before booking.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Bookings within 13km of the Canberra CBD incur no travel fee, which covers the vast majority of ACT suburbs. Between 13–30km a +$20 surcharge applies, and 30–40km incurs +$40. For locations beyond 40km, we assess on a case-by-case basis. All surcharges are confirmed in your written quote before you commit.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Payment is due on or before the day of service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. For recurring clients, we can set up a fortnightly or monthly billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?

Yes. Recurring cleans (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) are priced lower than one-off visits. The exact discount depends on frequency and scope and will be confirmed in your written agreement.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 48 hours notice for general cleaning and 72 hours for end-of-lease or construction cleans. For urgent requests, contact us directly by phone and we will do our best to accommodate same-week bookings depending on availability.

Do you work on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. We operate seven days a week. Weekend and public holiday bookings may carry a small surcharge, which will always be stated in your quote upfront.

Can I book a recurring clean?

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly recurring cleans at a discounted rate. The schedule and price are confirmed in your written agreement. You can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is fine with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a short-notice fee, which is outlined in your booking confirmation.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most clients provide key or code access and leave us to it. We send a photo confirmation once the job is complete so you can review remotely.

What happens if I am not happy with the result?

Contact us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean any area you are not satisfied with at no extra cost. If the issue is outside the original scope, we will discuss options with you fairly.

Do I need to tidy up before the team arrives?

Not deeply, but clearing personal items off surfaces (benchtops, floors, bathroom shelves) helps us clean thoroughly and efficiently. The more accessible the surfaces, the better the result. We clean; we do not sort or organise belongings.

How do I provide access if I am not home?

A key drop, lockbox code, or letting us in and leaving works well. Just include access instructions in your booking notes. We treat all access details as confidential and return keys promptly after each visit.

Do I need to provide parking?

Free on-site or street parking close to the property is helpful as we carry equipment. If parking at your location is difficult, please mention it in your notes so we can plan accordingly.

What if I have pets?

Pets are fine. Just let us know in your booking. We ask that animals are secured or kept in a separate area during the clean for their safety and ours. If significant pet hair is present, this may affect pricing and will be noted in your quote.

How long does a typical clean take?

A standard general clean for a 2-bedroom home takes around 2–3 hours. End-of-lease cleans take longer, typically 4–6 hours for a 2-bedroom property, because every surface is covered. Exact duration depends on property size and condition.

Does your end-of-lease clean guarantee my bond back?

We follow the ACT residential tenancy bond-back checklist and our 72-hour rework promise means if your property manager finds anything we missed, we return within 72 hours at no cost. While we cannot legally guarantee a landlord's decision, our service is designed to meet the standard property managers expect.

What does an end-of-lease clean include?

Our end-of-lease service covers all rooms including kitchen (oven, stovetop, rangehood, inside cupboards), bathrooms (grout, fixtures, mirrors), all floors, internal windows (tracks and sills), walls (spot cleaning), skirtings, door frames, and light fittings. Carpets and external windows are available as add-ons. A full itemised checklist is included in your quote.

Does the property need to be empty before you arrive?

Yes. The property should be vacant and furniture removed before the clean. This allows us to access all areas and clean to the standard required for bond release. If some items remain, let us know in advance and we will adjust the scope accordingly.

When should I book relative to my move-out date?

Book 3–5 days before your vacate date to secure a preferred time slot. This also leaves a buffer to schedule the property manager inspection shortly after, so any rework can be done within our 72-hour window while you are still in the rental period.

Can you clean carpets as well?

Yes. Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on to any end-of-lease clean. Most ACT property managers and agents require a professional steam-cleaning receipt as part of bond release, so combining both services on the same day is the most convenient option. Pricing is per room and confirmed in your quote.

What about mould or heavy tile grout?

Tile cleaning and mould treatment are available as add-ons and will be completed to the best achievable standard. Some mould, stains, or damaged grout may require regrouting or a specialist for full remediation. We will advise you honestly if that is the case.

How do you handle tight Airbnb turnovers?

We coordinate directly with your check-out and check-in windows. You share your booking calendar with us and we schedule accordingly. We send a photo handover when done so you can approve before the next guest arrives.

Yes. Linen changes, restocking of toiletries, and replenishing consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.) are available as part of our short-stay package. Items are billed at cost.
