Scoped and quoted after inspection
Every site is inspected and quoted against a clear written scope before work begins. Recurring, periodic and one-off services can be arranged. Additional work is quoted separately and approved before it goes ahead.

Direct contact, consistent delivery
You deal directly with the Director. Visits follow an agreed schedule and scope, with photos and completion updates where agreed.

Cleaning and maintenance, coordinated
Repairs and make-good work are followed by cleaning, helping a property be presented or handed over in a coordinated visit sequence through one contractor.
We welcome enquiries for recurring service arrangements, individual quotations and subcontracting relationships.
Insurance, credentials & safety
Documentation ready for onboarding.
$20 million public liability insurance
Allianz. Policy current to 17 April 2027. Certificate of currency available on request.
WHS documentation
WHS Policy, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and a Safety Data Sheets (SDS) chemical register are in place.
