How pricing and invoicing work
Cleaning is priced the same as our general residential cleaning, starting from $135 for a studio or one-bedroom home and $195 for a three-bedroom home. Every quote is fixed, written and GST-inclusive, and we supply compliant tax invoices suitable for plan records and plan-manager processing.
Working with support coordinators
We are comfortable dealing directly with support coordinators and plan managers on scheduling, service agreements and invoicing. Where a participant prefers consistency, we assign the same cleaner to each visit so the arrangement stays predictable.
Screening and safety
Team members assigned to NDIS work hold current NDIS Worker Screening clearances. All team members hold a current National Police Check, and we carry full public liability insurance.

Dustate is not an NDIS-registered provider. We provide cleaning services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
