Give access information as well as roof size

A single-storey roof beside a wide, level driveway presents a different access problem from the same roof above a narrow side passage. From the ground, photograph each side of the building and identify slopes, retaining walls, pergolas, solar panels, overhead lines and locked gates. Include a view of any gutter guards.

Separate debris from drainage or roof defects
